alright, i've started something and not finished it.not only have i not finished it i didn't even get past the 1st post! *sigh*
i was over thinking this whole thing. what should i start with? what topic will ease people into reading about a dairy free lifestyle? i would never even have read this far a few years ago!
i admit, i envy parents who can send their children on a playdate or to a birthday party or even preschool without having to send food along and "brief" the adult in charge on acceptable food. i feel like a difficult parent and frankly i know people already have things they need to look out for, including my boys just adds more to the mix.but i digress...
one of the most versatile things we have found as far as cooking goes is silk soy creamer, this stuff is fantastic!

you can use this stuff in just about everything you would use regular cream or milk in (we use rice dream milk for pancakes and french toast etc.). for example the boys love coconut. we found these really fun little graham pie crusts and made mini coconut cream pies for them. so good! its one of their favorite treats.
there's actually a bunch of recipes on the website for everything from desserts to drinks to salad dressings and main dishes!
